JoCee is an English soul singer based in London whose sound heralds back to the good ol’ days; juxtaposing vintage Motown/Soul sounds with more contemporary Soul/Blues. Her voice is both powerful and beautiful in equal measures (think Jocelyn Brown meets Joss Stone) and with an irresistibly happy personality what is not to love!? Collectively known as JoCee & The Ways (Why, Aren’t, You,Smiling) she boasts an eight-piece band (Keys, Sax, Trumpet, Bass, Drums, Electric Guitar, Backing Vocalists) & specialises in all things soul. The band has recently supported The Loose Ends at The Jazz Cafe and Craig Charles, and holds a residency at the renowned The Blues Kitchen. Smaller/acoustic band set-ups are also available.

We asked JoCee to play at our wedding day after great reviews of her ability to get a party started. She did not disappoint. Her judgement of mood and ability to energise the whole of our extremely diverse crowd was incredible. JoCee is an example of a professional quality musician, she was timely and reliable in her communication and brought a top class flawless performance.   She balanced brilliant vocals with entertainment and energy, bringing dancing and laughter to us all. I would never hesitate to recommend or book again myself. WEDDING CLIENT

JoCee perfectly complimented our meal with their lovely lounge music. Her band then vamped up the levels and had us dancing through the evening. Very professional, would use again. CHANNEL TELECOM GLOBAL CONFERENCE
